View scenario statistics

How to see the list of contacts who have been through each step of the scenario; and how many times they have journeyed through the scenario

  1. Go to Marketing automation.

  2. Click on the Scenarios tab to view the statistics of your scenarios (active or on hold). Click on the Archived scenarios tab to view the statistics for archived scenarios.

  3. Click on the three dots on the right-hand side of the scenario to open the "actions" menu and select "Statistics".

  4.
  5. Once you access your statistics, you will find the number of journeys that have taken place in each step of the scenario. Click on this number to access the detailed statistics for a step. You’ll be able to view the number of contacts who have been through each step, their email addresses, and their total number of journeys.

If you’ve selected that a contact can go through a scenario "only once", the number of journeys will be equal to the number of contacts that have gone through that step. If you have specified that a contact can go through a scenario "more than once", it is possible that the number of journeys is higher than the number of contacts that have gone through the step.

When a contact has gone through a step more than once, the total number of journeys will be indicated at the right-hand side of his email address.

Why are some statistics not accessible?
Some statistics may be inaccessible due to the type of tracking (detailed or anonymized) chosen for your scenario's emails.

Difference between anonymized and detailed tracking:

  • Anonymized statistics measure overall performance (such as opens or clicks) without linking the data to specific contacts, ensuring subscriber privacy.

  • Detailed statistics, on the other hand, provide more specific data, such as the list of contacts who interacted with an email.

If you choose anonymized tracking, certain information will not be available.
